Terms & Conditions

Your order will be sent to Asia Fine Books via secure coded email. I will respond a.s.a.p. Please do not mail checks until receiving confirmation of the titles availability. Upon receiving your order I will place the title on hold for you.

SHIPPING

All orders are mailed via the United States Postal Service, the safest and most affordable of the options. Shipping within the USA via media mail $4.00, and $2 for each additional title. Priority mail within the USA is $10.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional title. Priority mail takes from 2-5 business days. Media mail takes 5-7 business days. These times are all approximate.

Shipping overseas is done at cost. A standard 9 x 5 inch book will usually cost $25, larger books $35 and up. Several large books can be packed together for a fixed-rate of $63. USPS has now stopped using surface mail, all mail must go via air. The formula for USPS on international orders is First Class Air for a package weighing up to 4 pounds, 4 pounds and over becomes Priority Air, with a Medium Fixed-Rate Box being $63, regardless of weight. This does have the added possibility of shipping more than one book at the same fixed-rate price.

All artwork and objects are sent subject to your satisfaction and can be returned if you wish. I realise that you may wish to base your final decision on actually seeing the piece. The return policy is the same, advance notification is required.

Return Policy

Books are returnable at buyers cost and responsibility, if not found satisfactory. Should there be questions about the description of the book, then asiafinebooks will cover the cost of return shipping. However, I must be told via email or telephone of the decision to return within 7 days of your receipt. As soon as I receive the book, in the condition which it was mailed out, I will either credit the card used, or mail a check, as appropriate to the order. I cannot issue credit on your shipping costs from the return, only from the initial sale. Unless, as stated above, the book is felt not to be as described.
